Working Principle:

Ultrasonic steel ball washing equipment is provided to clear the surface of steel balls after finishing the lapping process. Steel balls are loaded on inlet equipment, are transferred at a constant rate by inlet conveyor to main conveyor where they are subject to ultrasonic washing and shower washing. The equipment washes out lapping oil, anti-corrosive oil, abrasives and after contamination struck to finally lapped steel balls up to visually clean condition.
